Meet one of our rising starts, Xavier.

Xavier is completing his final year with the Motivation Foundation Ltd, and has shown outstanding progress on the Skid Steer. He was given a task by his Training Supervisor, John Hetherington, and was able to operate to final trim levels at industry standard.

Congratulations Xavier, we are so proud of your excellent attitude, completing all tasks set out quickly and competently.
