Motivation Civil and Mining Academy waitlist for 2027 is now open!
Students who are commencing Year 12 in 2027 are welcome to apply for a training place at Motivation Civil and Mining Academy, West Swan. Please register your interest and we will be in touch when we are ready to proceed with interviewing and selection for 2027 places.
Year 12 students selected to attend the Academy in 2027 will be required to participate in training two days per week, during school term dates.
CTF Construction Scholarship Program:
Construction Training Fund (CTF) offers a Scholarship opportunity for selected high school students participating in construction pathways training, such as RII20720 Certificate II in Civil Construction training with Motivation Foundation. Motivation Education and Career School (MECS):
MECS is a specialist secondary education provider established by the Motivation Foundation to support young people who have become disengaged from mainstream schooling. MECS delivers a highly practical, relationship‑driven education model that reconnects students with learning by linking education directly to real‑world outcomes, employment pathways, and personal growth.
MECS students participate in construction pathways training, such as RII20720 Certificate II in Civil Construction and RII20120 Certificate II in Resources and Infrastructure Work Preparation, with Motivation Foundation. Our school aims to prepare students for life, work and further training, with a strong focus on civil construction and related industries while maintaining core educational and wellbeing outcomes.
