CCFWA Certificate II Trainee of the Year, Jozsef Everingham, Congratulations!

The Motivation Foundation Ltd‘s team proudly sponsored the Civil Contractors Federation WA at the Industry and Training Awards night, 2022, for excellence in the construction industry over various categories. Thank you Andy Graham and the team at CCFWA for hosting this prestigious event and honouring all the outstanding nominees.

Massive congratulations to our South West Collie 2021 Civil and Mining Academy Graduate, Jozsef Everingham, for winning Certificate II Trainee of the Year! Jozsef took the title from fellow nominees, Alyssa Di Lanzo and Clarke Doolan, who were worthy and outstanding graduates from our West Swan academy.

Jozsef was a decorated student whilst completing his units at the Motivation Foundation Ltd and was our Student of the Year. He always showed reliability, intelligence, a strong work ethic, and was popular with his trainers and peers alike.

Upon graduating, Jozsef was quickly hired by JAK Civil Pty Ltd and has become an integral part of their team. JAK Civil are as delighted by Jozsef as we are and proudly showed their support by attending the event at our table! Thank you Ian Prosser and John Hedges for helping Jozsef celebrate his win and asking us to produce more quality graduates for them to employ! 2022 graduates are on their way!

We want to acknowledge our Trainers, Robyn Graham and Gareth Brown for their excellence in delivering a high-quality program for the students in Collie. They have always shown an exemplary standard of operation in mentoring, support services and ensuring the individual needs of our diverse students are met. Thank you, Robyn, and Gareth, for playing such a large role in our Southwest Collie Civil and Mining Academy’s successful outcomes!

To all the award winners, congratulations! Special mention to our industry partners for their success on the night, ErtechRJV GeorgiouBMD Group (BMD), and W.A. Limestone, what a great night celebrating talent within the industry!
