Our Model
How We Help Our Students Grow
We have students entering our system from many backgrounds. With this understanding trainers can connect with students to help with personal growth.
Ø Buses that run to the train station to pick up students who can’t drive.
Ø Helping students gain their driver’s license to operate machines.
Ø Having OzHarvest deliver food to help disadvantaged students and families in our program.
No matter the problem we try our best to help.
Support and Wellbeing
Students may be growing up in difficult circumstances and face challenges due to disadvantage and disengagement.
We are committed to supporting each student in gaining and retaining jobs, catering to their individual needs whilst preparing them with the behaviours required.
What We Expect from Our Students
Our trainers help students adapt workplace behaviours that help them to develop themselves personally.
Core behaviours are essential in program delivery and must be shown by students for them to graduate and maintain jobs.
Though our students gain these units and machine tickets they need to learn the seven core behaviours that will help with employment.
Workplace Behaviours for Success
Using the seven core behaviours students also need to maintain social responsibility. By teaching students how to address their seniors and to show respect for their co-workers.
By gaining this social responsibility students can complete interviews and share their concerns with ease.
Pathway to Industry
We have had over 450 students go through our courses, 370 with scholarships that were supplied with donations. With an 80% completion rate and 92% employment rate, students can graduate and work with one or more of the 29 employers that work with the Motivation Foundation. Companies such as Ertech, Ashphaltech and Georgiou employ our graduates.
Supporting students
Motivation Foundation removes any barriers that sit between our students and their success. Such as assistance with driver’s licenses, transport, and mentoring.
Our students have difficulties, and we understand that. As a non-profit foundation, we accept donations to help change the life trajectory for our graduates.
If you would like to donate, you can make a difference for one young Western Australian by heading to the donate page.
