Dream Big

Meet Cam. At age four he would beg his parents to stop at the WesTrac Cat showroom so he could sit in the heavy machinery. On one occasion he was graciously invited to sit in a front end loader and his passion only grew from this moment.

At the Motivation Foundation Ltd, through our sponsors support we were able to give him the opportunity to make his dreams a reality. Through his hard work and the mentor ship he received from our exceptional Trainers, Cam graduated with his Certificate II in Civil Construction in 2020, he is now enrolled in his Cert III at Ertech.

When asked about his experience Cam had this to say, “I learned life-skills, I have made long-lasting friendships and it has made me as a person. Going through the academy, has made my dreams come true to work in this industry”. Well done Cam, we are proud of your well-deserved success and it was an honour to help you get there.
