Community Project – West Swan Concreting Unit

The Motivation Foundation students thoroughly enjoy the hands on training they receive at both our West Swan and Collie Civil and Mining Academies.
Below, our West Swan students are completing a community project, pouring the concrete barriers for the Northam Flying 50’s Vintage Car Club, and completing an observation pad in our machine operations area.
The trainers were delighted to have so many of the student’s volunteer to get into action! One of the most important aspects of our training program is ensuring our students have a can-do attitude, which leaves them job-ready at graduation.
