Meet our Expert Skills Trainer, John Hetherington. John joined the Motivation Foundation in 2020 and has been an asset to our team of Trainers and our Civil and Mining Academy.
John has many years of industry experience, from supervision, to owning his own company. John is highly regarded by our students, graduates, and staff. He is always ready, and happy to assist, wherever he can, and adds immeasurable value to our foundation.
When asked what motivates him to work with our students, he had this to say, “When they see themselves improve, I feel so proud of them. That’s the big motivator”.
