RU OK? Day – reminder to check in with your mates

On RU OK? Day, Motivation Foundation would like to remind people to check-in with your mates/loved ones.

At Motivation Foundation – creating a space where students and staff feel safe and supported is integral to our culture. Students are surrounded by their mates and receive additional guidance and mentorship from trainers and support staff – especially if they are having a tough time.

We don’t need a memo to wear yellow here either…it’s our uniform!
