2021 Graduating Class – Congratulations!

The Motivation Foundation Ltd is proud to introduce our 2021 Graduating Class! On Friday, 5th November we held our formal ceremony to present 52 talented graduates with their dual qualifications; Certificate II in Civil Construction and Certificate II in Infrastructure and work preparation. The day was attended by many special guests including our graduates families, industry contacts, school representatives, and we were fortunate and thankful to have the Hon. Donna Faragher assist in our presentations for the day.

With immense thanks to our exceptional West Swan Training Team, Colin Hunt, Robert Ragg, John Hetherington, and Sheridyn Cropp for their endless belief and mentorship to assist in the skill-development of our graduates. Not only have they completed their theory and practical, they have grown in confidence and self-belief, which will stay with them on their journey through life. Thank you for all of your hard work and tireless efforts.

As a not-for-profit charity, there are many people we would like to thank for their continued support in assisting through donations, sponsorships and our Industry Employers who assist in job placements for our graduates. With immeasurable thanks, to the Construction Training Fund, WesTrac CatErtechRJV AsphaltechYouth Futures CAPEBoral our Board of Directors, Timothy Hunter our CEO and team of wonderful staff, thank you once again for sharing our vision and commitment to ensuring the ongoing success of our foundation and students.

HUGE Congratulations to our 2021 Graduating Class on your success and accomplishments. We wish you every success in the industry, to quote Jim Giumelli “do more than you have to, and never leave your employer in the lurch.”
