Motivation Foundation was established to help young Australians learn skills and gain employment in the Civil Construction and Mining sector. Since 2008 we have transitioned students to the world of work, supporting the skills and behaviours required by industry. The Foundation educates and assists hundreds of 16 to 19-year-olds to attend our Civil and Mining academies. 

Motivation Civil and Mining Academy (MCMA) works with high school students and young people disengaged from mainstream education, seeking a meaningful pathway into future employment. 

Our main site is based in West Swan, with our second site located in Collie.
